Engineering Physics at Goshen College is built on the 3-2 engineering program: you study three years at Goshen and two at a partner engineering school, graduating with a Goshen B.A. and a B.S. in engineering. It’s a small-college path into fields like aerospace, electrical, mechanical, and renewable-energy engineering.

You’ll do hands-on research and internships from your first year, alongside students in other STEM majors.
What You’ll Study

How the 3-2 Engineering Program Works
The 3-2 program combines a liberal arts foundation from Goshen with an engineering degree from a leading engineering school. You spend three years at Goshen and two at a partner school, so you finish with two degrees.
Goshen has formal 3-2 partnership agreements with:
- University of Notre Dame (South Bend, Ind.)
- Case School of Engineering at Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio)
- Valparaiso University (Valparaiso, Ind.)
Transferring to other engineering schools is possible and common, arranged on an individual basis with your advisor.
